Fancy some ice cream? Good news: the Hôtel de Crillon's ice cream cookie cart will be back in Paris from June 11, 2025, and the concept can be found on the side of the Place de la Concorde. Pastry chef Matthieu Carlin invites you to join him in the Butterfly patisserie tea room, on the Concorde terrace or to take away for a frosty tasting experience!

Set up on the Place de la Concorde side, right in front of the hotel, this must-see summer spot unveils three new flavors signed by pastry chef Matthieu Carlin, for a frosty tasting experience to take away and enjoy in the sunshine.
