When art becomes edible, each building can be enjoyed both visually and tastefully. From February 18 to 21, 2026, artist Song Dong is creating a temporary city made of biscuits, candies, and chocolates, on view at La Grande Épicerie in Paris. Visitors are invited to immerse themselves in this participatory installation—a sweetly immersive experience that delights the senses.
