Closure of UGC Normandie on the Champs-Elysées: A call for mobilization from the City

Following the announcement of the forthcoming closure of UGC Normandie on the Champs-Elysées, Pierre-Yves Bournazel, councillor for Paris and the 18th arrondissement, is calling on the City and the State to take action.
