The Westin Paris Vendôme will close its doors at the end of April 2025, marking the end of an emblematic chapter in Parisian hotel history. Ideally located between Place Vendôme, Concorde and the Tuileries, the hotel is about to embark on a major 5-star refurbishment, with reopening scheduled for 2028.
The Westin Paris-Vendôme unveils its Galette des Rois 2025, a gourmet creation by Valentin Sevilla, the hotel's new Pastry Chef. Available from January 5 to 20, 2025, this creation blends tradition and innovation, with an inverted puff pastry and a filling based on Gianduja, Piedmont hazelnuts, Valencia almonds and Madagascar vanilla.
As the festive season approaches, the Westin Paris-Vendôme unveils its 2024 Yule log, "Invitation au Voyage", a creation by Valentin Sevilla. Inspired by the Second Empire style and the history of the Neapolitan, this dessert promises a refined experience, available from December in Paris.
This winter, the terrace of The Westin Paris-Vendôme is transformed into a magnificent refuge, with bohemian chic decor and a seasonal menu concocted by Chef David Réal.
From mid-November to early spring 2018, Westin Paris-Vendôme invites you to visit its Jardin d’Hiver, Winter Garden, a temporary restaurant with a green and floral decoration featuring a gourmet and seasonal cuisine likely to seduce your taste buds.
