Le Tango is one of the most emblematic spots in Paris’s LGBTQIA+ nightlife. Located on Rue au Maire in the 3rd arrondissement, this historic Marais dance hall has weathered the ages—from neighborhood dances to queer culture—before staging a comeback after a closure that had worried its loyal followers.
It is a mythical nightclub, almost impossible to circumvent of the Parisian Night and yet, Le Tango, gay nightclub, was closed since the very first confinement, in March 2020.
