Paris Texas, the little brother of the excellent Paris New York, has opened its doors on rue du Faubourg Saint-Denis, in the 10th arrondissement. On the menu: comfort food smoked in a Texas barbecue, and cocktails to die for - to be enjoyed in a chic, friendly and relaxed atmosphere.
