For a cultural getaway just a stone's throw from Paris, head for the Musée Daubigny, in the former Colombières manor house in Auvers-sur-Oise, where paintings and engravings dedicated to 19th-century landscapes are on display.
Like every first weekend in June, this year from June 6 to 8, 2025, the Rendez-vous aux Jardins will be opening the doors of hundreds of gardens, parks and squares all over France. In the Val-d'Oise, many gardens - both public and private - are taking part, including Auvers-sur-Oise.
The Musée Daubigny traces the history and inspirations of Impressionism through an exhibition that immerses us in the landscapes of Val-d'Oise, a department that welcomed many artists of the period, until September 22, 2024.
