A chapter in Parisian haute cuisine is coming to a close: Bruno Verjus has announced the definitive closure of Table, his twice Michelin-starred restaurant in the 12th arrondissement, set for December 22, 2026. After more than 13 years in operation and international recognition, the chef now intends to chart a different path in high cuisine.
