How about panettone ice cream? In Paris, Christophe Louie offers an ice-cream version of his famous panettone. An original creation to be found all summer 2025 in his Haut-Marais boutique, with flavors such as vanilla and pistachio.
Christophe Louie, renowned for his natural sourdough panettones, is expanding the range of products on offer in his boutique in the 3rd arrondissement of Paris, by entrusting Anthony Nguyen with the creation of an original range of viennoiseries, as gourmand as they are daring. The line is set to become permanent and evolving, with the addition of a short-lived selection for Easter 2025, available until the end of April 2025.
Christophe Louie, the King of Panettone, offers us two gourmet galettes this year. In this season when butter is king, he who had accustomed us to his Panettone des Rois, offers us a traditional frangipane galette as well as a hazelnut and lemon confit galette.
