After the first round of the individual all-around competition on Friday August 9, the second part of the competition, this time in teams, took place on Saturday August 10, 2024, at the Porte de la Chapelle Arena.
Recently inaugurated in 2023, the Arena de la Porte de la Chapelle will revitalize a lesser-known neighborhood at the gateway to Paris. With this new event and sports venue designed for local residents in the same way as occasional visitors, the Arena will host, among other things, some of the Olympic and Paralympic events of the 2024 Games.
In Paris, the first stone of the Porte de la Chapelle Arena has been laid this Tuesday October 5, 2021 by Anne Hidalgo. The construction is to be over before the 2024 Paris Olympics and Paralympics. It will house badminton, para taekwondo and para badminton games. Discover the first news and pictures of the project.
