The Bar of the Park Hyatt Paris-Vendôme

Some bars in Parisian palaces are confidential places where regulars and connoisseurs like to meet regularly. This is notably the case of the bar of the Park Hyatt Paris-Vendôme.

Adorned with sculptures by Roseline Granet as well as black glass and bronze tables and mahogany walls contrasting with the Paris stone, the bar reveals colorful and striking paintings by artist Ed Paschke.

Behind the counter, we find the inescapable Chef Barman Yann Daniel, accompanied by his team of bartenders. Passionate about mixology, he proposes a tempting and changing menu according to the seasons.

After the summer cocktails, let's make way for this winter's cocktails. On the menu? The"Puki Puki" made with lemon flavored vodka, Umeshu, home made green tea syrup, Maraschino and lime juice, but also the"Peruvian Schrub", made with Pisco, home made red fruits Schrub, fresh apple juice, Cherry liqueur, Bitter rhubarb, or the"Tijuana Swizzle" which will delight you with its Mezcal, Homemade pepper syrup, Apricot juice, Benedictine, Ginger cordial, Lime juice, Bitter & coffee beans.
