To celebrate July 14, 2025 in Paris, the Kinugawa Rive Gauche restaurant is pulling out all the stops for an exceptional evening. Head for the 8th floor of theHôtel Sax, at 55 avenue de Saxe in the chic 7th arrondissement, to discover its confidential rooftop with a 360° view of Paris and the Iron Lady in the foreground. This is the first time that this suspended terrace will be opening up its exceptional view, and it promises an unforgettable fireworks display, set in an elegant and festive atmosphere. Indeed, the restaurant is already open, but the rooftop just above is opening its doors for the first time on this occasion.

To celebrate France's national holiday, Kinugawa is offering a unique 6-course menu that blends Japanese tradition with Parisian inspiration. A signature cocktail, exceptional dishes, iodized notes and Franco-Nipponese flavors, all to be savored against a blazing sky.
