It's hard to look forward to the 2020 holiday season without indulging in a succulent Christmas tea time, or why not a festive brunch? Café Pavane, the restaurant-tea room where Manon Hévin revives the dishes and desserts of her father, the legendary Jean-Paul Hévin, offers just that.
For Café Pavane's 2020 Christmas brunch, a €26 formula will be offered to gourmands and gourmands during the month of December. Inside, a Jean-Paul Hévin hot chocolate (or tea or coffee for connoisseurs); a choice of toasted brioche with hazelnut cream and house jam, or scrambled eggs with bottarga.
For the main course, the choice is again yours: homemade blinis with Label Rouge salmon and potatoes; an assortment of puff pastry pirojkis and salad or Caspian salad with herring and eggplant caviar.
The festive Christmas tea time consists of hot chocolate or tea and a Yule log. Café Pavane's tea time costs €12!
