The ice rink at the Rambouillet Christmas market, for skating under the illuminations

From December 9, 2023 to January 7, 2024, the ice rink at the Rambouillet Christmas Market will be back, with over 400 m² of ice for skating with family, friends or lovers!

At the end of the year, the magic of Christmas can be shared with family, friends or couples, with a wide range of Christmas markets in Paris and Île-de-France. And to prolong the dream during this special time of year, a number of ice rinks, most of them short-lived, are opening their doors throughout the region.

In Rambouillet, head for the Place Félix Faure, in the heart of the Christmas market, to strap on your ice skates and try not to fall! Pitchouns can enjoy a gentle introduction to this winter sport from the ice garden, designed for toddlers to skate in complete safety. Older children can have a blast on the large ice rink: but don't forget to bring gloves, hats and warm socks with you.

On December 9 - the opening day of the rink - don't miss the concert by the Société Musicale de Rambouillet, starting at 4.45pm and free for all! After your visit to theice rink, it's also time to discover the beautiful Rambouillet Christmas market and pick up some handmade, local gift ideas! There's also plenty of room for a gourmet snack break, with hot chocolates and wines, crêpes, waffles... and other comforting treats, which we love to sample right on the market!
