While the magic of the festive season is already well underway in the City of Light, it's now crossing the ring road to Argenteuil! The town, nestled in the heart of the Val d'Oise, will kick off its illuminations on Saturday, December 9, 2023 at 8pm. Come to the corner of avenue Gabriel-Péri and boulevard Léon-Feix to watch the streets glow with a thousand lights, and the spectacular fireworks display, fired from the Hôtel de Ville park, illuminate the sky with vivid colors.
The festivities then continue in the Parc des Berges, transformed into an enchanted winter sports resort for another edition of"Christmas on the Riverbanks". From Sunday, December 10, 2023 to Sunday, January 7, 2024, come and enjoy winter activities with family and friends! On the program? Sparkling skating rinks, a toboggan run, curling rinks and even a zip line for the most daring offer memorable moments for young and old in the heart of winter.
But that's not all! The weekend of December 16 to 17, 2023 sees the return of the Marché de Noël d'Argenteuil in the Hôtel de Ville park, from 10am to 6pm. Stroll among twenty or so chalets brimming with handcrafted creations and gourmet delights, as well as entertainment, shows and delicious eateries. It's the perfect opportunity to find original gift ideas!
