And for New Year's Eve 2024, Le Solera will be celebrating the end of the year in two stages with a special New Year's Eve Apéro menu. Those wishing to get a head start can meet up on December 30, while on New Year's Eve, the bar will open its doors from 5pm to 2am.

The menu, designed for a duo, is priced at 89€ (or 44.5€ per guest), with 10 festive tapas per person, each accompanied by a glass of Pierre Mignon brut prestige champagne. These include shrimp tempura, mini salmon burger with fromage frais, blinis with Scottish smoked salmon and tzatziki sauce, foie gras toast with fig chutney, and scallops snacked with truffle oil and a homemade mango coulis.
