Vesper Restaurant welcomes 2023-2024 with an exceptional New Year's Eve feast. Available in two courses from €175, this feast promises an unforgettable night in Paris.

New Year's Eve 2023-2024 promises to be gourmet, festive and downright wild at Vesper! Located just a stone's throw from the Eiffel Tower, this restaurant promises to be a memorable New Year's Eve experience. This exclusive event, orchestrated by talented chef Lucas Felzine, offers a nikkei culinary experience, a subtle blend of Peruvian and Japanese flavors.

The event takes place over two courses, the first from 6pm to 7:30pm and the second from 8:30pm to 11:30pm, with a DJ set until 5am. Prices are set at €175 and €200 respectively.

The atmosphere at Vesper is both warm and sophisticated, an ideal setting for celebrating the New Year. From the moment you enter, you're captivated by the elegance of the place, a harmonious blend of modernity and comfort. The open kitchen is a captivating sight, where you can admire the meticulous preparation of the dishes.

The New Year's Eve menu is a veritable celebration of flavors. To begin, a choice of Champagne or cocktail is offered, ushering in an evening of excellence.

Starters:

  • Roasted scallops with candied pears, celery espuma and black garlic condiment.
  • Half lobster with tarragon butter, topped with champagne sabayon, accompanied by a salad of flowers and salicornia with pistachio praline.
  • Beef Wellington, sublimated by a Perigourdine sauce with Tasmanian pepper.

Main courses:

  • Grilled filet of St Pierre, with carrot confit and beurre blanc with blood orange and lavender.
  • Suprême de volaille de Bresse contisé au beurre de foin, served with truffle mashed potatoes and the last of the wild mushrooms.

An assortment of Marie-Anne Cantin's cheeses, accompanied by a quince confit, enhances this culinary experience.

Desserts:

  • Salted caramel, hazelnut and smoked vanillaentremets.
  • Mignardise: Exotic fruit paste.
