Chilam is the must-visit gourmet address for lovers of Mexican flavors.

Opened by Juan, originally from southern Mexico, and Lucia, who hails from southern Italy, Chilam Bastille awakens your senses with generous dishes that invite you to travel.

Alongside small plates to share with guacamole and quesadillas, Chilam Bastille' s menu includes Cochinita Pibil, a pork dish flavored with colored roucou and onions marinated in lemon and oregano, or the " Al Pastor " prawns, marinated in the " Al Pastor " style, finely grilled and served on a roasted pineapple salad, not to mention the Costra de queso y hongos (a large homemade tortilla topped with melted cheese, with an assortment of three finely-seared porcini mushrooms).
