Easter 2024 brunch and egg hunt at Dali, the Le Meurice hotel restaurant

For a wonderful Easter 2024 in Paris, Le Meurice is opening the doors of its Le Dali restaurant for an exceptional Easter 2024 brunch on Monday, April 1, 2024. With family or friends, this tradition revisits the art of feasting on sweet and savoury seasonal dishes, set to a musical backdrop.

As soon as you're seated, a parade of crunchy viennoiseries gets the ball rolling. This is followed by a delicious assortment of hot and cold hors d'oeuvres, featuring the first vegetables of spring. Peppered artichokes, watercress, or a duo of white asparagus and Croisic seaweed, the starters are divided up according to guests' desires. And for seafood lovers, the restaurant offers a combo of sorrel and grilled scallops, and even a lobster roll.

For the main course, the choice is just as tempting: eggs prepared to order, sea bass accompanied by candied green asparagus, or the leg of suckling lamb with wild garlic, an Easter staple. Everyone is free to compose their own brunch.

Then it's time to succumb to the temptation of desserts prepared by pastry chef Cédric Grolet. From Saint-Honoré to baba au rhum to trompe-l'oeil passion fruit, every mouthful is likely to make you melt with pleasure.
