Near the Canal Saint-Martin in Paris, a new gourmet address awaits cocoa-lovers: the chocolaterie William Artigue. For his first Easter collection, the head chocolatier unveils creations that are sure to delight.

Why not get off the beaten track and discover a new chocolate factory for Easter? What's more, we might as well go for somethingoriginal , don't you think? How about Easter otters? That's one of the creations William Artigue is offering for Easter 2024, which returns on March 31.

In his workshop, William Artigue showcases artisanal praline and soft caramel in edible works of art that defy the ordinary. His large rock-style eggs are an ode to gourmandise, while the otters, the real stars of this chocolate season, are sure to delight young and old alike. Whether it's sleeping baby otters, playful otters or protective mother otters, each creation is an invitation to plunge into a world of sweetness. To be honest, we were on the verge of cuddling the chocolate...

The collaboration with sculptor Virginie Dahmane brings these chocolate otters to life, offering an artistic and personal dimension to each piece. Lovers of dark chocolate will delight in the 70% Peru-Sao Tomé blend, while indulgers will love the 40% Madagascar milk chocolate, which reveals a lovely roundness with caramel-vanilla notes.

The little praline eggs, emblematic of William Artigue's exceptional expertise, are a celebration of creamy texture and authentic flavors, with particular attention paid to the selection of raw materials. These delights are available in four pralines, including three of the house's signatures and an original, offering a gustatory journey that is both familiar and surprising.

Grand oeufs rocher caramel embody the ultimate expression of gourmandise at William Artigue. Inspired by his famous "bouchées de partage", they are an invitation to share and conviviality, brilliantly combining textured praline, soft caramel and caramelized hazelnuts.
