Often accompanied by entertainment, organized in all major cities, and even in some historic monuments, castles and unusual places in Paris and the Île-de-France region, egg hunts are definitely popular with families and, above all, with children every Easter weekend. So, during this year's three-day weekend from March 30 to April 1, 2024, head to theEssonne department for a family egg hunt!
In Orsay, head to Bois Persan for a hunt not for little chocolate eggs, but for thegolden egg! Embark on a treasure hunt designed for the whole family, combining orientation, clue-finding and puzzle-solving. The route promises to be a little challenging, with around 3 kilometers of forest walking (bring suitable clothing and footwear!). The good news is that the hunt is scheduled for several days: Monday April 1 (Easter Monday), Saturday April 6, April 13 and Wednesday April 17. Please note: reservations are required to take part!
For this unusual egg hunt, which is more like a treasure hunt, you'll pay €16 per person, and children under 6 don't pay. Happy golden egg hunting!
