Looking for a delightful Easter egg hunt in Paris set in a picturesque, countryside-like setting? Once again this year, the Montmartre Museum offers children aged 2 to 12 an exciting Easter egg hunt, taking place this Sunday, April 5th, and Monday, April 6th, 2026. Like all great egg hunts in Paris, be sure to reserve your spot quickly!
The gathering point is set at the Renoir Gardens, the beautiful grounds of the Montmartre Museum. It’s the perfect setting for children to explore every corner in search of precious Easter eggs. Their mission: find eggs of the same color hidden amid the flowers, trees, and shrubs of the gardens, then trade them in for the highly sought-after chocolates.
A few golden eggs, rare and highly sought after, are hidden among the bushes and flowerbeds, with children lucky enough to find them receiving a special surprise! Beyond the egg hunt, creative workshops are held throughout the day, along with Easter-themed coloring activities to let the young ones’ imaginations run wild.
Enjoy Easter while exploring this historic site, once home to the renowned Auguste Renoir. The setting itself is worth the visit. Located on rue Cortot, the gardens provide a rare view of Paris and a tranquil, almost idyllic atmosphere, just a short walk from the lively buzz of the Montmartre square.
Participation is free for children under 12, but adults should plan on paying €16. Please note, registration is required, and it must be completed directly through the Montmartre Museum’s online ticket office.
