Galette des Rois 2021 by Edwart Chocolatier x Carl Marletti

When a pastry chef and a chocolatier team up, the result is an ultra-gourmet collaboration for Epiphanie 2021!

For the first time in its history, Edwart Chocolatier has created a galette des Rois for young and old alike. To do so, he chose to combine his chocolate-making expertise with that of pastry chef Carl Marletti. Together, the two have created an original pure butter galette!

This square-shaped 2021 galette des Rois by Edwart Chocolatier and Carl Marletti contains frangipane, which blends perfectly with Edwart's "Le Grain" hazelnut praline and Grand Cru milk chocolate. Topped with roasted hazelnuts, it's also ultra-crisp!
