At Poilâne, the flaky galette is king, in all its simplicity, with its flaky pastry and fresh buttery taste. Count €11 for a 2-person galette, €18 for a 4-person galette, €25 for a 6-person galette and €31 for an 8-person galette.
Also available from Poilâne for Epiphanie 2021, the galette noisette-chocolat, with hazelnut cream and pure Kamili 74% chocolate from the PLAQ factory. Available in 4 sizes: 2 people 14€, 4 people 24€, 6 people 32€ and 8 people 38€.
And for 2021, we're also bringing you the Crown of Kings, brioche-covered to perfection! Poilâne 's brioche wreath recipe honors the traditional cake of the South of France, worked in puff pastry style and made from a blend of wheat and corn flours. At the heart of the brioche is a cream flavored with Citrus Volkameriana, sprinkled with diced candied oranges. Expect to pay 22€ for a crown of kings for 6-8 gourmands!
Poilâne 's three Epiphany 2021 creations all feature a white porcelain sewing-button-shaped bean, and are available in store from January 1 to 31, 2021.
