The Spirits of the Forest: performances and legends at Espace Rambouillet for Halloween 2026

During the All Saints’ Day holidays, Espace Rambouillet invites you into a mysterious atmosphere where forest spirits mingle with nocturnal animals, through extraordinary activities and late-afternoon shows.

The Toussaint holidays are all about nature and magic in Rambouillet! From October 17 to November 1 2026, and thus for Halloween, the peoples and forest spirits will come to greet you, unveiling autumn tales and legends in a mysterious atmosphere, among the animals.

The Espace Rambouillet is bathed in a thousand colors and offers exceptional animations to let you experience, as a family, an immersion in the heart of the forest and its magic, before the park closes for winter.

The forest spirits come to life during this grand celebration of nature, just as ancient peoples once did in rites around the legend of Epona, the guardian of horses and paths, a Celtic figure. You will encounter the mysterious Black Wolf, the Great Horned Owl, and the Sacred Oak in this place steeped in myth and legend. The forest can be a haunting setting, but also magical and enchanting, where fantastic creatures hide and many mysteries await.

For an immersive experience with kids, come across mischievous elves and forest spirits, day or night, in a merry procession, listen to autumn tales, admire the animals and horse performances, and don’t miss the hands-on workshops and the famous treasure to be found in a live-action hunt!

Transform into a creature by applying fluorescent makeup, and wander through a glowing, plant-filled, phantasmagorical night path, even on oversized illuminated trampolines. Set pieces, lights, sounds and shadow play heighten the eerie mood, with a special nocturnal route along the wolf trail, under the moonlight.

Don't miss the nocturnal and poetic shows blending fiery choreography, equestrian feats and fantastical tales after sunset, that pit Épona, accompanied by the forest's protective forces, against the Porte-Feu for the forest's survival!
