The Fort de Sucy is a 19th-century military edifice with a fine history: built in 1879 to reinforce the protection of Paris after the siege of 1870, the fort has come down to us in perfect condition, with all its original features. The Fort is one of Sucy-en-Brie's landmarks, but it's not its only asset!

Sainte-Jeanne-de-Chantal Chapel
This church, built in 1931 at the instigation of Curé Weiss, is dedicated to Sainte-Jeanne-de-Chantal, in memory of Jeanne de Chantal, the late daughter of the Altmeyer couple who contributed financially to its construction.

The Société Historique et Archéologique de Sucy-en-Brie (SHAS) invites you to discover the history of the Halévy estate between Haute-Maison and Maison Blanche, and the biographies of Ludovic Halévy, librettist of Carmen, and his sons, Daniel and Élie, remarkable historians of the Third Republic. Also on display will be the platform-topped C4 car used by the painter Guy-Loë, whose principal works will be on display, as well as a number of dolls made by Berthe Noufflard and works by the laureates of the Fondation André et Berthe Noufflard.
Saint Martin Church
Discover Saint-Martin church, one of the oldest buildings in the commune. Its architecture, characterized by different styles (Romanesque and early Gothic, Briard style), has earned it partial listing on the Inventaire des Monuments Historiques.

The À la Découverte du Fort de Sucy association offers guided tours in period costume, all weekend long, to help you understand the history, architecture and functions of this military edifice.
As part of the European Heritage Days, the City of Sucy is highlighting the Liberation of Sucy.
Produced by the "Veilleurs de Mémoire", this exhibition tells the story of this Sucy heroine, killed by the Germans just a few days before the Liberation of Sucy.
L'amicale des mycologues de Sucy presents a mini exhibition of mushrooms picked in the Notre-Dame forest. Members of the association will also be on hand to answer any questions you may have about the different varieties of mushrooms or your own mushroom picking.
Marie-Laetitia is passionate about wickerwork. She will show you the art of wicker weaving, and in particular how to make baskets and baskets.
The Fort's Apiaries
Sucy's beekeepers welcome you to the Fort to discover the hives installed on the heights of the building. On the program: visits to the hives, presentation of the equipment and discovery of bees and beekeeping through educational materials adapted to the youngest visitors.
Shooting Range at Fort de Sucy
To complete your immersion in military history, the members of the Cercle de tir invite you to discover their sports facilities. Exclusively for the European Heritage Days, an exhibition of weapons from the past and shooting demonstrations with antique black powder weapons will take place throughout the weekend, in the afternoons.
White House
As part of SHAS's annual exhibition devoted to "Maison Blanche and its guests", a collection of paintings by André and Berthe Noufflard, who once owned the house, and those of their friend Henri Rivière, will be brought together in Maison Blanche.
The driveway leading to the house will also be inaugurated in the name of Henriette Noufflard - Guy-Loë, a benefactress of Sucy, whose career and works in Sucy will be presented in several panels.
Elie Halévy had the Maison Blanche built in 1911 on the Haute-Maison estate owned by his father, Ludovic Halévy, a 19th-century man of letters.

Caves and Cellars of the Sucy Hills Brotherhood - Wine Gallery
Join members of the Confrérie at the Fort de Sucy and discover the winemaking rooms, the cellar that traces the history of the different vintages of our wine, the press room and the "Galerie de Bacchus", where antique objects and tools linked to the work of vines and wine are on display.
Vines of Sucy-en-Brie
Take a stroll along the south-western slopes of Sucy's vineyards, replanted in 1985 by the Confrérie des Coteaux de Sucy. They are a reminder that all the hillsides of Sucy were covered with vines from the beginning of the 9th century. Guided tour by members of the Confrérie des Coteaux de Sucy.
