Planning to use the Parisian public transport this Wednesday, May 6, 2026? Be prepared, as evening disruption is expected, due to security measures requested by the Police Prefecture, according to RATP.
Two details to note, two metro lines will be affected, namely the ligne 1 and the ligne 6. On the line 1, which runs from La Défense to Château de Vincennes, three stations will be out of service. They are the stations George V, Charles de Gaulle – Étoile and Argentine.
Line 6 will face another disruption this Wednesday evening. Starting at 8 p.m., service will be suspended between Trocadéro and Charles de Gaulle – Étoile. As a result, the Charles de Gaulle – Étoile, Kléber and Boissière stations will be inaccessible on Paris’s Line 6. Trocadéro will become the temporary terminus.
