Fête de la musique 2025: open-air concerts in Kremlin-Bicêtre (94), the program

A new music festival and a new program in the town of Le Kremlin-Bicêtre. Join us on Saturday June 21, 2025 from 4pm, for an eclectic afternoon and evening of music, sure to delight all music lovers.

Located just outside the 13th arrondissement in the Val-de-Marne, after the Porte d'Italie, Kremlin-Bicêtre is a commune between Villejuif and Gentilly, at the gateway to Paris. Today, the town is best known for its hospital and its eventful history.

There are many interesting facts about the commune's history. The hospital was founded in the 17th century: under the monarchy, it was a hospice, a lunatic asylum and a state prison. Under Napoleon I's Empire, the hospice cared for soldiers and veterans of the Russian campaigns. The name Kremlin-Bicêtre is thought to have originated at this time: in the 19th century, the commune consisted mainly of the hospital and the surrounding fields. During the Russian campaign, a cabaret called Au sergent du Kremlin or Le Nouveau Kremlin opened its doors in the district. The term Bicêtre comes from the feudal castle of Winchester, whose name was changed to Vincestre, then Bichestre... Until it became the name we know today.

This is a fascinating story for heritage aficionados... But it's not nearly as captivating as the musical entertainment planned for June 21 in the commune! Discover the evening's program at Parc Pinel and Parc de Bicêtre, open to all, young and old, residents and visitors alike.

Fête de la musique 2025 in Kremlin-Bicêtre, the program :

• Intergenerational ball with 6e Dimension
  4pm to 5:30pm in Parc Pinel
  Get your sneakers on (and your sense of rhythm): the 6e Dimension company will take you on a journey through urban hip-hop, where the audience becomes the star, all generations included. You don't have to be Beyoncé, just want to move and share a good time!
  
  
• Concert by the Conservatoire intercommunal du Kremlin-Bicêtre
  From 5.45pm to 6.30pm in Parc Pinel
  Young and talented, the Conservatoire's Ados - musiques actuelles group takes to the stage to prove that the next generation is here! A concert combining contemporary music and classical instruments, from violin to saxophone.
  
  
• Fanfare Les Zôtres
  6.45pm to 8.30pm from Parc Pinel to Parc Bicêtre
  Boosted brass and infectious energy: Les Zôtres set the stage alight at Parc Pinel, then take you on a parade to Parc Bicêtre! A joyous musical procession of groovy pop-funk, Afrobeat and wandering party to kick off the rest of the festivities.
  
  
• Brigade du Kif
  8.30pm-10pm, Parc Bicêtre
  Ska, rock, swing and supercharged punk: a crazy musical cocktail with a single goal... to get you moving! On tour with their new album "On veut du bruit", they're coming to Kremlin-Bicêtre for a crazy, festive and unforgettable concert.
  
  
• DJ Tsaou
  10pm to midnight, Parc Bicêtre
  A regular at major festive events (Nuit Blanche 2024 in Kremlin-Bicêtre, Fête de la musique...), DJ Tsaou returns with a high-energy all-round set. Creator of the famous Nostalgia parties in Paris, she takes you on a sonic journey through the 90s and 2000s, with cult hits, retro candy and danceable memories.

Family entertainment is also planned throughout the town in the early afternoon. Kremlin-Bicêtre is gearing up for a day of festivities!
