For this year's Music Day, Electro Schmocks takes over the forecourt of the Museum of Jewish Art and History in Paris on Sunday, June 21, 2026, for an exclusive, free concert.

Music lovers, mark your calendars for Sunday, June 21, 2026 for the new edition of the Fête de la musique!

Each year, this grand, popular, festive, and free celebration is an opportunity to honor live music that resonates thanks to performances by musicians, whether amateurs or professionals. All day and into the evening, groups and artists take over the streets, of course, but also bars and restaurants, or even concert halls and stages, not to mention museums and monuments, all in an effort to let the music ring out in more unlikely places.

This year is no exception. And once again, there are plenty of musical events to look forward to in Paris, including at the Musée d'art et d'histoire du Judaïsme. Heir to the collections of the Musée d'Art Juif de la rue des Saules, the Musée d'art et d'histoire du Jud aïsme (mahJ) has been housed since its opening in 1998 in the Hôtel de Saint-Aignan, a sumptuous private mansion nestling in the Marais district of Paris.

On Sunday, June 21, 2026, for this year’s edition of the Fête de la Musique, the inner courtyard of this Parisian museum will host Electro Schmocks. Composed of David Konopnicki (guitar), Gurvan Zytynski (DJ), Florent Méry (clarinet) and Loïc Audureau (accordion), the group aims to transport the audience with its eclectic repertoire, with a particular emphasis on oriental electro.
