Nuit Blanche 2024: a night of dance at the Fiminco Foundation in Romainville (93)

For Nuit Blanche 2024, the Fiminco Foundation invites you to take part in a dreamlike nocturnal experience. Join us on Saturday June 1 for an artistic evening full of surprises.

Contemporary art lovers are used to visiting the Centre Pompidou, the Musée d'Art Moderne de Paris, Lafayette Anticipations... But Paris isn't the only city to celebrate contemporary art! For an innovative and different experience, head for Seine-Saint-Denis, and more specifically Romainville.

The Fiminco Foundation is located on a former pharmaceutical site in an industrial zone. This cultural center is dedicated to contemporary art. There are exhibition spaces, an auditorium and art galleries: everything you need to enjoy workshops, exhibitions, events, concerts and meetings of all kinds.

As you'd expect, this art center is taking part in the Nuit Blanche. This cultural event celebrates contemporary creation over the course of a very festive night. This Saturday, June 1, 2024, hundreds of events are being organized in Paris and the major cities of the Île-de-France region, to introduce the general public to this highly diverse artistic movement.

The Nuit Blanche at the Fondation Fiminco is an opportunity to enjoy the venue free of charge, and to have fun with a very special program designed especially for this unique evening.

NUIT DANSÉE
On June 1, 2024, on the occasion of Nuit Blanche 2024, the Fiminco Foundation offers an original event, at the crossroads of artistic practices. Between dance, music and visual arts... it invites spectators to a night dedicated to contemporary creation in all its forms. As part of its artists-in-residence exhibition, the Fiminco Foundation has teamed up with the Blanca Li dance company to offer a new reading of the exhibition. The dancers will help visitors discover or rediscover the works in the exhibition through dance mediation. It's an invitation to explore the monumental space of the Chaufferie, while taking a fresh look at the artists' work.
The evening will continue with an outdoor party in the heart of the Romainville-Paris cultural district, allowing visitors to dance in turn to the sound of a disco house DJ set. The Romainville-Paris cultural district will also come alive for an evening of dancing and partying.
