In 2002, the City of Paris launched a new and original event: an atypical night entirely dedicated tocontemporary art, during which the capital is transformed into an open-air museum. Over 20 years later, the Nuit Blanche has grown in stature and appeal. Every year, several hundred events are organized throughout Paris, as well as in surrounding towns.
