Maison Lenôtre is more than ever eager to please Parisian lovers, after the hard year everyone has endured. Not content with already delighting them with two entremets that make us melt with envy, the Parisian house is now unveiling, for Valentine's Day 2021, a brunch to share for two, eye to eye.
Available for delivery or takeaway from February 4 until the big day, the Maison Lenôtre brunch can be enjoyed with or without champagne, depending on your mood.
But what's inside the brunch that we're really looking forward to? Lenôtre 's 2021 Valentine's Day brunch consists of a crisp baguette with a soft crumb. On top, you can spread your choice of praline spreadmade from pure French hazelnuts, of course!
Next, we fall for the sandwich of sliced bread, chicken breast marinated in old-fashioned mustard; the verrine like a mixed salad, with celeriac, roasted cauliflower, yellow beet, all drizzled with a vinaigrette sauce of vegetable juice, quinoa seeds and beaten Greek yoghurt.
Next, 2 slices of Norwegian salmon, smoked with beechwood essence, 2 blinis to accompany them; not forgetting the 2 brioches d'Amour, Pommes et Rose, the boxed set of 6 chocolate candy hearts, and to finish on a high note, the"Cœur Léger " Vanille, Praliné Noisettesdessert !
