Stéphanie Le Quellec 's tasty dishes will be part of your Valentine's Day 2022 dinner party. To mark the occasion, the chef who recently opened her own cooking house, MAM, is unveiling an original, mouth-watering menu . So this year, don't hesitate to play the cocooning card and organize a memorable evening, at home, without having to go to all the trouble.
The chef suggests starting the evening with the "MAM's Cosmo" cocktail, made with vodka, cranberry and lime juice, for a light start. To follow, quality products such as raw salmon, duck foie gras or scallops as an amuse bouche, fillet of beef en croute or sea bass with fresh herbs en papillote as a main course, and a delicious entremet to share with your loved ones to finish on a high note.
The menu is now available for reservation on the MAM website, for collection on site between February 11 and 14, from 11am to 2pm and from 2:30pm to 7:30pm, or for delivery between February 11 and 14, also from 2pm to 6pm! Please note that the dishes arrive cold, and you'll need to reheat them before enjoying them!
