20 cult films to (re)discover for free in MK2 cineplexes for Halloween 2023

MK2 cinemas are organizing a major competition in partnership with BNP Paribas to win 5,000 cinema tickets. The program includes 20 cult fantasy and horror films, including "The Exorcist", "Paranormal Activity", "Ça" and many others, which will be shown free of charge in several MK2 cinemas in Paris on Halloween evening, October 31.

Cinema, when experienced in theaters, takes on an exceptional dimension, and to prove it, BNP Paribas and MK2 are offering fans a new opportunity to thrill with Séances #CinéCulte. Scheduled for Tuesday, October 31, 2023, from 2pm to 2am, these sessions promise to immerse Parisian audiences in the world of legendary films, all brought back into the spotlight for Halloween.

BNP Paribas, in partnership with MK2 cinemas, is celebrating this event by giving away 5,000 cinema tickets. This generous initiative will enable everyone - young and old - to (re)discover cult films in a unique atmosphere.

Among the major attractions, an exclusive preview of the French horror film Vermines, directed by Sébastien Vaniček, will be held at the MK2 Bibliothèque, which will also be decorated in Halloween colors and offer various animations to enhance the experience. Moviegoers will be able to enjoy performances by actors such as Théo Christine, Sofia Lesaffre, Jérôme Niel, Lisa Nyarko and Finnegan Oldfield, in the presence of the film's cast and crew.

The #CinéCulte screenings are a reminder of the intense emotions that only the big screen can provide. Following the resounding success of the 2022 edition, these screenings are being repeated, demonstrating BNP Paribas' unwavering commitment to cinema, a partnership that has lasted for over a century.

The event will take place in 8 MK2 cinemas in Paris, including Bibliothèque, Nation, Quai de Seine, Quai de Loire, among others. Participation is simple: a draw is organized on the welovecinema.bnpparibas website, open to all from October 10 to 30, 2023.
