The festive season has kicked off, and it's time for the traditional Christmas films. In 2023, it's Clément Michel (La Stratégie de la Poussette)'s turn, with Noël Joyeux, a comedy starring Franck Dubosc and Emmanuelle Devos, due in cinemas on December 6.
In addition to the two actors, the cast also includes Danièle Lebrun and Danielle Fichaud, in the role of two grandmothers who come to spoil the holidays for the characters played by Dubosc and Devos.
Christmas in the Barand household is a sacred occasion! Especially for Vincent, the father, who is delighted to see the whole family together. When his children cancel at the last minute, he can't imagine spending the holidays alone with his wife. So he decides to visit a retirement home to invite a lonely resident to come and celebrate Christmas with them. Monique and her best friend Jeanne quickly make themselves at home and create a merry mess... For the four of them, December 24 promises to be as explosive as it is unexpected!
