Koh Lanta returns for a new 2025 edition starting February 25 on TF1. La revanche des 4 Terres will see 24 new adventurers face off against each other, with new rules, extreme conditions and a host of surprises, all of which will bring new and unexpected twists and turns.
Less than three months after the final of Koh-Lanta: La Tribu Maudite, the show hosted by Denis Brogniart makes its comeback on TF1 this Tuesday, February 25. In this new adventure, filmed in the Philippines, four teams, representing the major French regions (North, East, South and West), will challenge each other in physical and strategic tests. As in 2020, an island of exile will play host to the losing team, and there are plenty of surprises in store.

This year, 24 adventurers aged between 20 and 63 will attempt to survive 40 days in extreme conditions to claim victory and the 100,000 euros promised to the winner.

When does Koh Lanta 2025 start and at what time?
Koh-Lanta fans can look forward to the new season from Tuesday, February 25, 2025 at 9:10pm on TF1. Still produced by Adventure Line Productions, the adventure game promises episodes rich in challenges, alliances and twists and turns.
What's new in this edition?
This year's edition features a number of new features designed to intensify the survival experience for candidates and viewers alike:
- Enhanced immersion: For the first time, information buttons will display real-time temperature, humidity and, in some cases, the time of day, as a reminder of the extreme conditions on site.
- A tribute to Bertrand-Kamal: The first episode will pay tribute to Bertrand-Kamal, the emblematic adventurer of Koh-Lanta: Les 4 Terres (2020), who died in 2020 of cancer.
- An island of exile: As in the previous version, the losing team in each comfort round will be sent to an isolated island for 24 hours, in even harsher conditions.
- A historic "bluff": Denis Brogniart has announced that an unprecedented event will mark this season and keep viewers on the edge of their seats for several episodes.
- A show in the second half of the evening: After the reunification, a new show will offer weekly on-set debriefings, with the eliminated contestant and guests, to decipher what goes on behind the scenes of the game.
