L'Ombre de ton Ombre is a French mini-series created by Michel Bussi and Christian Clères. Written by Véronique Lecharpy and Christian Clères, with the collaboration of Michel Bussi and Jérôme Cornuau, the drama is produced by Lady Fiction (UGC Séries Group) in co-production with TF1. Filming began on September 15, 2025 in Hauts-de-France.
After collaborating on several creations, Michel Bussi and Christian Clères return with a breathtaking detective story. Jérôme Cornuau, renowned for his thrillers and psychological dramas, is in charge of direction. Production is by Karine Evrard and Jean-David Levy.
Synopsis: Three years after the disappearance of his wife, Georges receives a letter signed by her: "I'm fine, I love you". Impossible, since she had been declared dead two years earlier. When Laurie, Major Stanislas Léger's partner, also disappears, leaving an identical message, the case takes a personal turn. With the help of his colleague Emmanuelle, Stan embarks on a disturbing investigation, where the real question may not be where she is... but who she is.
The cast includes many familiar faces from the small screen. Jean-Michel Tinivelli plays Stanislas Léger, the central character in the plot. Alongside him, Dounia Coesens plays Emmanuelle, his colleague and ally in the investigation. Jeanne Bournaud plays Laurie, the missing girlfriend, while Julie Debazac plays Commissaire Dumayer. Hubert Delattre completes the cast as Fabien.
Produced by Lady Fiction, the mini-series L'Ombre de ton Ombre will soon be broadcast on TF1. With its short 4-episode format, it fits in with the trend for prime-time psychological and detective thrillers, offering a plot full of suspense and twists.
