Charli xcx fans are in the starting-blocks. The British artist recently unveiled the teaser for"The Moment" on her social networks. This teaser is clearly not recommended for epileptics, due to the strobe lights featured in the video.
The teaser does, however, reveal more about the cast of"The Moment", a film based on an original idea by Charli xcx, and starring Charli. But the singer isn't the only one on the bill. "The Moment" will also feature the famous Rosanna Arquette, Swedish actor Alexander Skarsgård, American Rachel Sennott, rapper Shygirl, influencer Kylie Jenner and... French-American artist Arielle Dombasle ! Enough to arouse the curiosity of many. The soundtrack will be provided by renowned British electro artist A.G. Cook.
The Moment" is the first official project from Studio 365, the Cambridge-born singer's production company. To direct the film, Charli xcx called on Scottish director Aidan Zamiri, whose credits include the video for "360". Expected in cinemas in 2026, this American comedy-drama follows the daily life of a pop star about to embark on her first tour.
Charli xcx, known for her career in music, seems to be devoting herself more and more to the cinema. The British artist who caused a sensation with her "Brat Tour" will soon be making a name for herself with"Erupcja", the new film by director Pete Ohs, followed by the feature films "Sacrifice" by Romain Gavras and "I want your sex" by Gregg Araki.
