The Rescue pits an ex-rodeo pro against the kidnapping of his daughter. Potsy Ponciroli’s film, led by Brandon Sklenar, is slated to hit French cinemas on February 10, 2027. Its trailer offers a glimpse of the father’s relentless search, aided by the child’s dog.
Ransom kidnapping upends the protagonist’s life. To rescue his daughter, he sets off on a chase that blends thriller immediacy with a contemporary Western vibe. The screenplay is by John Fusco.
Brandon Sklenar, seen in 1923 and Never Again, delivers lines opposite Josh Lucas, Hassie Harrison, Tim Blake Nelson, and Josh Duhamel. Lorelei Olivia Mote, Nick Searcy, Austin Amelio, and Spencer Treat Clark also round out the cast of this Paramount Pictures-distributed production.
