Trailer for The Lock Academy Exam :

Lock Academy Exam Synopsis:

"You think you're the best detectives in the world? Doesn't any investigation or escape game scare you? Perfect, the Lock Academy is launching its competition to select the most gifted among you! Prove it by taking on the prestigious Lock Academy Exam! But beware: to take up this challenge, you'll have to face E.V.A, our fearsome Artificial Intelligence system... Get ready for an experience on the frontiers of science fiction, where your team spirit will be put to the test...".

In teams of 4 to 6 players, budding detectives will be able to"put their team spirit to the test" to see who is the best investigator in the group or in E.V.A.! What's the objective of the exam you have to take? Simply to pass the test designed by the Machiavellian artificial intelligence... And to pass, you've got an hour in which to search, think, manipulate and solve various enigmas, just like in any other escape game.

A room that also plunges you into a setting straight out of a science-fiction film, more real than life, with secret passages, laser slalom and other 2.0 curiosities. It's worth noting that behind E.V.A. is"an actress who previously recorded scenes and lent her voice especially for the occasion". Note that the room has also been available in English since the end of January 2024, offering visiting foreign tourists, but also your British or American friends who don't necessarily have a perfect command of French, the chance to play along.

Our test of Examination at Lock Academy:

An escape game that the editors were able to try out... And came out with flying colors! In terms of puzzles, regulars should have no trouble solving most of the room's mysteries, even if some of them are a bit tricky. As for beginners, they should find this room quite accessible. Neither too difficult nor too complex, the room is sure to challenge teams, and that's just what we're looking for in an escape game!

We particularly appreciate the immersive scenography, but also and above all the more real-than-life settings. It's all centered around a screen, with the AI gradually losing control... As for the game's mechanics, we also appreciated the fact that there are stages in solving the puzzles, which adds an interesting rhythm to the exercise. Challenges and puzzles await you for an unparalleled immersion experience, confronted by a Machiavellian AI out to trap you, in every sense of the word.

Fans of spy/beat movies should also find something to their liking, as one challenge requires you to avoid lasers... A kid's dream come true! In short, a great adventure for the curious (and for a change from classic escape games).

Will you make it out alive? You'll have to book a session to find out, folks!
