Gamers of Houilles, grab your controllers! We're off to discover the new edition of Houilles Gaming Day, the meeting place for video game enthusiasts, at theEspace Ostermeyer, in Houilles, Yvelines, on March 2, 2025. The festival offers visitors a wide range of gaming-related activities, including competitions, free-to-play games and conferences. This year's event will feature a wide range of experiences, from retrogaming to the latest technological innovations.
Among the activities on offer, attendees will be able to access a free-to-play gaming area on PC, PS5 and Nintendo Switch. Competitive gamers can try their luck at cash-prize tournaments, including one on Tekken 8 organized by MK_RZA and another on Super Smash Bros. Ultimate in partnership with Team LS4B. An area dedicated to retrogaming and arcade terminals, in collaboration with McFly Arcades, will also enable visitors to rediscover classic titles.
The event will also feature virtual reality immersion with Meta Quest 3 headsets, as well as a masterclass on a variety of themes, including accessibility and inclusion in gaming, prevention of online harassment and best practices for a healthy community. Last but not least, a catering area will be available, with foodtrucks on hand for visitors to enjoy a bite to eat. The day's entertainment will be provided by Benji, ensuring continuity in the flow of activities.
