War knows no bounds, no end... Once again, your survival and that of humanity is at stake in Call of Duty: Black Ops 7. The new opus from Activision was unveiled at Summer Game Fest. It is scheduled for release on PC, Xbox Series, Xbox One, PS4 and PS5 on November 14, 2025. Discover the game's trailer.
" In 2035, the world is in chaos, ravaged by conflicts of unprecedented violence and psychological warfare following the epic events of Black Ops 2 and Black Ops 6. Led by David Mason and armed with ultra-modern technology, the Black Ops team must confront a manipulative enemy who exploits the can to achieve his ends. "
This time, we're projected into the not-too-distant future. Robots and technology took care of our daily lives, until a war wreaked havoc. Since then, the Black Ops team has been trying to re-establish order using highly sophisticated weapons. But will they be enough to defeat the terrible Menendez?
Yes, Raul Menendez is back in the Black Ops saga - older, of course, but also much more dangerous. Thanks to an unknown weapon, Menendez seems to be able to enter people's minds to sow chaos and fear, and alter their perception of reality... A dangerous asset for the Black Ops team pitted against him.
The official Call of Duty website mentions the possibility of playing alone or in co-op with the multiplayer mode. In campaign mode, players let themselves be carried along by the storyline, but they can also access secret missions. This is a new feature in Call of Duty: as players progress and accumulate EXP in the co-op campaign mode, they can use the advantages gained in the Zombies and multiplayer modes.
The final images of the trailer quickly show a Zombies mode with rounds in the Black Aether. Survival maps, featured in Black Ops 2, are also back in this new opus.
Pre-orders are already open, and the game is due for release on November 14, 2025, by the end of the year.
