The Sims 4 launches a new limited-time event, a short story to follow over four weeks. This event is free for everyone and accessible with the base game only. By completing various quests each week, you’ll unlock new items, outfits and accessories, and even a brand-new trait for your Sims.
Starting May 12, 2026, you’re invited to join Lady Bridgerton’s masquerade ball. Yes, this event is a collaboration with the famous Netflix series, and it comes with the release of two mini kits that immerse you in the vibe of The Bridgerton Chronicle.
You’re not sure how to join an event in The Sims 4? It’s simpler than you think. Starting May 12, fire up a game on your PC or console and wait a moment. In-game, a pop-up will appear inviting you to start the event. Then just read the small texts and dialogues, complete the tasks, and you’ll gradually unlock free rewards. Desk, dress, gloves, mask, décor books, antique clock: the items up for grabs should pair nicely with the Heritage and Royalty pack, arriving in Spring 2026.
For four weeks, players follow this compact storyline designed to push our Sims into the heart of an unusual romance — or an equally wild scandal. If you haven't been able to play regularly, don't panic: you have until July 7 to finish your quests and claim your rewards.
