Every season, Balmain's spectacular shows are eagerly awaited! Founded by its eponymous designer in 1945, Maison Balmain dusted off the Couture codes of the time to reveal an exacerbated femininity, high on embroidery. After Pierre Balmain's death, a succession of designers took over the helm of the label, until 2011, when the young Olivier Rousteing was "crowned" artistic director of the House.
