Imperial Chocolate 2025: the gourmet fair at the Château de Fontainebleau (77)

L'Impérial Chocolat, the chocolate fair, returns to the Château de Fontainebleau for a new edition from November 28 to 30, 2025! In the heart of the Galerie des Cerfs, the Salle des Colonnes, and the Cour Ovale, visitors will have the opportunity to immerse themselves inthe gourmet world of chocolate. The program includes the presence of great chocolatiers and gourmet artisans, chocolate-making demonstrations, tastings, and other activities that will make your mouth water!

On site, you can discover the expertise of leading French and international chocolatiers from Japan, Brazil, Colombia, and Madagascar, with superb creations, and learn more about the history and secrets of chocolate through conferences and themed meetings in areas usually closed to visitors. Children can take part in fun and creative workshops, decorate chocolate figures and take their creations home with them, or even personalize their own chocolate bar!

A small gourmet market awaits you with local producers and artisans who will introduce you to their specialties: pastries, wines, honey, spirits, and original creations, not to mention a ride on the Château de Fontainebleautourist train for an immersion into the heart of the heritage. For this edition, the show will open its doors for a preview on Friday at 4 p.m., for a more intimate evening in the heart of chocolate.
