Les Thermalies 2026: the water and well-being show at the Carrousel du Louvre

Looking for your next thalasso? Then head for the Salon des Thermalies, from January 22 to 25, 2026, at the Carrousel du Louvre! At this latest edition of the trade show dedicated to water and well-being, discover a wide range of establishments, equipment, treatments and cures to suit your needs. For four days, the show invites you to enjoy a complete panorama of thalassotherapy, thermalism, balneotherapy and spas.

Nearly 250 exhibitors will be on hand to offer advice in seven themed pavilions:

• Thalasso France: discover the riches of the marine world and the latest trends in cures and treatments.
• Les Sources Thermales France: an area dedicated to the curative virtues of thermal waters, with a complete panorama of approved cures and wellness treatments.
• Évasion Spa: a pavilion dedicated to health through water, ancestral wellness rituals and a world tour of hammams, saunas and massages.
• Destinations d'ailleurs: as in previous years, a host of international destinations offer visitors a range of wellness-oriented holidays.
• Innovation Design & Start-up Connect: all the major players in the industry will be on hand to advise and support establishments and private customers in terms of wellness equipment, balneotherapy, fitness, etc.
• Beauty Corner: cosmetics, nutri-cosmetics, institutes, clinics and other establishments dedicated to the prevention of ageing.
• Pôle Longévité: a space for exchange and reflection, with conferences, workshops, talks and exchanges with experts and clinicians on key themes: sleep, sport, menopause, cellular health, targeted nutrition, cognitive health, stress management, microbiota...

Because here, water is present in all its forms! The program also includes a wide range of activities, including paid massages, conferences on major health topics and talks between experts, doctors and authors, to learn more about this environment.
