Thermalies 2027: the free-entry expo on water and well-being at the Carrousel du Louvre

You’re on the lookout for your next thalasso experience? Then head to the Salon des Thermalies, from January 21–24, 2027, at the Carrousel du Louvre! At this new edition of the show dedicated to water and well-being, discover a varied line-up of venues, equipment, treatments and wellness cures to find what suits you best. Over four days, the fair invites you to enjoy a comprehensive panorama of thalassotherapy, thermalisme, balneotherapy and the spa.

Nearly 250 exhibitors will be on hand to offer advice in seven themed pavilions:

• Thalasso France: a showcase of the treasures of the marine world and the latest trends in wellness therapies and treatments.
• Les Sources Thermales France: a dedicated space celebrating the healing powers of thermal waters, with a comprehensive overview of conventional spa cures and wellness therapies.
• Luxury Spa: a prestige zone highlighting exceptional hotels and their exclusive retreats.
• Les Eaux du Monde: an invitation to travel through global thalassotherapy and spa traditions.
• Innovation Design & Start-up Connect: leading professionals gather to advise and guide facilities and individuals on wellness equipment, thalassotherapy, fitness, and more.
• Beauty Corner: cosmetics, nutricosmetics, institutes, clinics, and other venues dedicated to preventing skin aging.
• Pôle Longévité & Bio-hacking: functional medicine, longevity clinics, and technological innovations engage with visitors.

Here, water is showcased in all its forms! The program also features numerous activities, including mind-and-body workshops (yoga, meditation, Pilates, sophrology), paid treatments and massages, conferences on major health topics, and talks with experts, doctors and authors to deepen your understanding of this field.
