Winter Games, the new sports competition from La Source to Galeries Lafayette

For the first time, the Wellness Galerie space of Galeries Lafayette Paris Haussmann is hosting a brand new sports competition, perfect for bootcamp lovers and those who want to challenge themselves! These Winter Games, organized by La Source, a sports club, are a golden opportunity to train, supervised by sports coaches, while trying to reach the final. Open to all, the competition is mixed and many gifts are to be won during the events!

To participate in the qualifying rounds, you must reserve a sloton Saturday, March 11 between 10am and 8pm or on Sunday, March 12 between 11am and 8pm. And if you prove yourself, you'll go to the semi-final on March 18 and the final the next day! During the whole competition, you will be able to take advantage of warm-up phases, special training sessions, as well as a recovery center, to improve your mobility and avoid injuries.

For those who would like to try it, the bootcamp is a group training circuit, which strengthens the cardio and works all the muscle groups, thanks to endurance, aerobic and resistance exercises.
