Les Nuits de Fourvière 2026: when will the full program be announced?

The Nuits de Fourvière festival returns in summer 2026 and plans to celebrate its 80th anniversary with a carefully curated program. Head to Lyon in June and July 2026 to enjoy concerts by many talented artists, including Vanessa Paradis and The Divine Comedy. Discover the first four names of this upcoming edition without further delay. Then, in March 2026, the box office will officially open and the full program will be announced.

It's THE cultural event that many fans and enthusiasts look forward to every summer. A truly multidisciplinary festival (theater, music, dance, cinema), Les Nuits de Fourvière takes place at the Théâtre Antique de Fourvière (seating capacity 2,600 to 4,500) in Lyon's 5th arrondissement, and has been doing so since 1946! Every summer, the festival presents nearly 60 performances for over one hundred and thirty thousand spectators.

After a highly successful 2025 edition, featuring concerts by Beth Gibbons, Pomme, Jean-Louis Aubert, Franz Ferdinand, Max Richter, Jorja Smith, Cypress Hill, Fontaines D.C., Lamomali, Chilly Gonzales and Ben Mazué and La Femme, the Nuits de Fourvière festival announces its return in 2026.

Next summer, in June and July 2026, the famous music festival will once again invade the city of Lyon, with a line-up featuring a host of national and international artists. And the line-up looks set to be superb as the festival celebrates its 80th anniversary!

While we wait for the full program to be announced, Les Nuits de Fourvière festival has revealed the first four artists confirmed for next summer. On June 8 and 9, come seeVanessa Paradis! The singer will be performing her new album,Le Retour des Beaux Jours, live. On June 12, it's time forCesária ÉvoraOrchestra. For one evening, the cream of Cape Verdean musicians and some of today's greatest voices (Mayra Andrade, Elida Almeida, Ceuzany, Lucibela, and Teofilo Chantre) will come together to pay a vibrant tribute to the barefoot diva. 

On July 19, pianists Maki Namekawa and Thomas Enhco will take on Keith Jarrett's cult album, "The Köln Concert," for what promises to be a particularly beautiful performance. Finally, The Divine Comedywill also be there. Neil Hannon and his bandmates will perform at Les Nuits de Fourvière on July 23, 2026.

What about the rest? The full program will be announced on Tuesday, March 10. Then, see you on Wednesday, March 18, 2026, for the official opening of ticket sales.
