Menopause, the comedy that breaks the rules, is back on stage at the Grand Point Virgule until January 4, 2026. This is an opportunity to see a comedy without taboos, on a subject that is often not discussed enough: menopause.
Premiering in 2019, the play is enjoying great success at Théâtre de la Madeleine and Théâtre de la Gaité Montparnasse until 2020. Directed and co-written by Alex Goude, Alexandra Cismondi and Sebastien Thève, the play tells the story of how four women meet in a department store, realizing that although their lives are different, they have one thing in common: menopause. The four women recount the consequences of menopause in song and dance, always with a sense of humor .
Ménopause, la comédie qui bouscule les règles was co-written by a woman and two men, who also encourage men to come and see the comedy. The play is performed by Dominique Magloire, Marion Posta, Marianne Vigues and Patricia Samuel, alternating with Isabelle Feron.
